Fiji's dictator learns to read

2014 Budget

A new novel, The Fiji 2014 Budget, was launched on Friday. It was written by well known crime fiction author Kraiyum Pays (Fiji's illegal and self-appointed AG, Khaiyum).

There was a technical malfunction with the Autocues. They started showing some real facts and figures whilst the Ventriloquist’s Dummy, Frankly Bananas (Fiji's dictator, who is running from the law), continued to read this highly imaginative book.
