FINALLY, the dictator Voreqe Bainimarama has officially stepped down from the post as Fiji's Army Commander. What a relief!
FijiVillage reported Bainimarama's daughter, Ruby-Ann Sorovaki, as saying that it has been an interesting journey for the family with their father as the head of the RFMF. It certainly was a "rags to riches" tale for the Bainimarama clan, filled with treason, murder, rape, torture, multiple salaries, land theft, insulting indigenous Fijians and the Methodist Church, and many free trips and perks for the corrupt family.
Bainimarama was towed out of QEB by senior officers led by Brigadier General Tikoitoga. Bainimarama is now the FORMER Commander so we wait an see what the NEW commander does to protect Fiji. The questions is, does the NEW Commander have balls to do his duty and protect the people?
Time will tell if Brigadier General Mosese Tikoitoga is "man or mouse"....
