Here is a dissection of Bainimarama's 2014 budget and what lies behind the fancy words showing what bainimarama and khaiyum actually mean, have done and are still doing to Fiji.

Cabinet ministers;
Your Excellencies;
Members of the Diplomatic Corps;
Distinguished Guests;
My fellow Fijians:

It is my task today as your illegal Prime Minister and illegal and unqualified Minister for Finance to present to you Khaiyum's 2014 budget.

Next year will go down in our history as the year that Fiji first embraced genuinely corrupt parliamentary democracy to keep Khaiyum and I in power and out of prison, and set a new constitutional course towards a brighter future for every Fijian who must accept khaiyum and I's corruption and land-theft, or get beaten up.  It will mark the culmination of my military Government’s efforts to put in place changes that will keep me and khaiyum, and our corrupt family and friends in power, yield long-term benefits for Fiji, under my dictatorship, and all Fijians who are corrupt.

We have a new illegal Constitution to guide us, one that will allow Fiji (khaiyum, aunty bano and me and our family and friends) to prosper as a united nation, under my military dictatorship and goons with guns.

For the first time, Fijians have a Constitution that protects a wide range of civil, political and socio-economic rights.  Especially my own, to keep me in power, out of prison and collecting more money and bribes for land from other Fijians.

For the first time, Fijians have a Constitution that demands accountability and transparency from Government officials (but this does not apply to me or khaiyum), which builds strong institutions, and enshrines principles that are at the heart of all the world’s great liberal democracies that were freely and fairly elected by their people, without fear of being beaten, raped or murdered.

For the first time, our nation has a Constitution that establishes a common and equal citizenry, without denying anyone’s individuality or culture. Except in the case of native Fijians who will now be called i-Taukei and be re-classified as sub-puppets, especially those chiefs, religious ministers and senior military officers.

The Constitution recognises and protects the indigenous peoples of Fiji and their unique customary practices, culture, tradition, language and communal ownership of land. Until the land is actually deposited into my land bank, then the lands becomes khaiyum's for eternity.  The native landowners will still be known as the legal "owners", on paper only.

At the same time, it also protects the rights of all other Fijians, including the rights of tenants and lease holders who agree to pay khaiyum and I our standard fees.

The provision of rights, ladies and gentlemen, is not a zero sum game as was professed previously and is unfortunately preached by some, who know the truth, even today. We all can enjoy equal rights, in theory only but not in reality, and also at times specific rights (when khaiyum decides to do what he wants, when he wants to), but without having to take them away from others (also in theory).

In these seven years of my Government, we have worked methodically to try to resolve some of our long-standing problems with lasting solutions. Fiji now has:
  • its worst economy ever
  • a devalued dollar
  • highest national debt ever that future generations will need to repay
  • highest unemployment, with more jobs going to immigrants and Chinese workers
  • a highly censored media
  • no free speech
  • no rule of law
  • a manipulated and corrupt judiciary
  • high corruption from the very top levels of Government
  • illegal decrees that remove freedoms and instill fear and intimidation
  • reduction in pension payments of 50%
  • a nation living under fear and intimidation, with stupid military thugs running around beating up citizens and visitors who have a different opinion to khaiyum and me
  • high levels of crime, torture, suicide and rape
  • a dictator, Bainimarama, cemented to his immoveable positions of immunity, power, riches and tantrums
  • public officials, soldiers, police and their officers ignoring their sworn duty and not taking action for fear of being fired from their jobs and having no other source of income
  • religious leaders and key indigenous institutions threatened from revealing the truth to the people about khaiyum and I's lies
  • members of political parties being harassed – 16 military thugs were sent to round-up grandmothers for questioning!
  • the rules for political parties continuously changing
  • a military (RFMF) used as a private to do whatever khaiyum and I dictate
  • etc
Ladies and Gentlemen, the 2014 Budget continues with the overall policy objectives of my Government - to milk the system for as much as khaiyum and I can steal for ourselves and our family and friends.

It builds upon the already existing principle of being:
  • consistent liars and thieves
  • transparent - with the Auditor General's report under lock and key, never to be published to reveal the truth to the people of our illegal activities
  • responsible and prudent for ruining the economy and everything else that Khaiyum touches.

Similar to previous Budgets,  it provides long-term solutions for Khaiyum's theft of native lands, corruption and plans to convert Fiji to Islam.

It empowers Fijians (except i-Taukei who are still under the gun until they all kneel before Khaiyum)  in a very fundamental manner - whether it's in education, health, jobs, roads, increased opportunities, or improvement in the quality of their lives. They will all do as they are told or they will get beaten up by Ben Naliva and Roukura.

It has meant being prudent with Government finances (so that we spend however we want on ourselves and not get caught).   It has meant keeping a check on corruption (so that khaiyum and I continue to milk as much as possible from Fiji's resources), being smart and savvy (so that we are ahead of the game earning high profits), and keeping our focus on the future - and not getting arrested and staying out of prison!

With the increased and revised growth rates and a sound economic framework (that we will not follow unless it provides Khaiyum and aunty bano with money stealing opportunities), we have exciting times ahead of us with new and numerous opportunities for more corruption  and land theft.

As a nation under the gun, we must not let go of these unprecedented opportunities. We must stay the course to keep me out of prison and illegally collecting more salaries and brown paper bags of cash bribes .

As we prepare for parliamentary elections in 2014, together (or you will be beaten up), we Fijians have the ability to make our nation great in the eyes of dictators and satan himself.

My fellow Fijians, I commend the 2014 Budget to you all - accept it or get beaten up, but it will still be applied!

Vinaka vakalevu. Thank you

JOSAIA VOREQE BAINIMARAMA
ILLEGAL COMMANDER
ILLEGAL PM
DICTATOR OF FIJI
